Hair by Nina Tahti operates exclusively by appointment only, therefore, last minute cancellations and no shows can have a great impact on the business and leaves gaps in the schedule that cannot be filled without timely notice.
I understand that unavoidable circumstances can occur and conflict with your scheduled appointment, therefore causing you to cancel.
However, a
s a courtesy to the salon and all other guests, a
48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule
If outside this time frame, you will forfeit your deposit and an additional deposit will be required prior to making a new appointment.
Upon the third instance of a late cancellation or “no show” you will be required to prepay any future appointments.

Thank you for your inquiry and interest! I recognize that everyone’s time is valuable. In an effort to protect my schedule and yours, a $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This is a nonrefundable deposit that goes toward your service total.
Please follow the cancellation and rescheduling policy in the event you are unable to make your scheduled appointment. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required.
If you are a new client and wish to cancel your appointment without rescheduling, you will forfeit your nonrefundable deposit and be required to pay a new nonrefundable deposit prior to securing a new appointment.
